Riley's 1st Christmas was great! The food, family and gifts were amazing and Riley had the best time opening up the presents Santa brought her. On Christmas Eve we traveled up to West Palm Beach to celebrate Christmas with Nick's Mom and Grandparents. Nick's Mom cooked a wonderful dinner and Riley got her first takes of unwrapping gifts. To be honest, I think she was more interested in eating the paper than the actual present itself. Needless to say she had just as much fun with the paper but once she realized there was a gift under the wrapping paper she jumped right on it!
On Christmas morning the three of us woke up and opened gifts as a family. Riley received so many amazing, fun and cute gifts from all of our family and friends. Thank you so much to everyone who sent her a gift! She loves everything!!!
Later that afternoon we went over to my parent's house to have Christmas with the family-first with the 7 of us and then the other family members came over to equal a whopping 17 people. My mom's house was very busy to say the least! The only person we were missing was cousin Amanda and that's because she was under the weather. We definitely missed her!
